Digital will show the result instantly and can be enhanced, film will give a raw feel and can add depth to an image.
Re-touching: Removing blemishes and cleaning the background is fine, however do not rely on digitally removing your mistakes afterwards.Finish the hair properly, as hair that has been retouched will only show your weaknesses.Involve the photographer in choice of location.
