Jana worked for many years at Toni & Guy as creative director, where she was responsible for training and education.

Since being a member of the ASK team Jana has played a major part in the development and global implementation of Essential Skills. She has also worked alongside Tyler Johnston as one of the key team members of EL 1:2011 and 2:2011. Her expert experience at the cutting edge of creativity both in Germany and internationally has made her one of ASK Education for Hairdressers’ leading trainers.

Jana’s passion and flair for inspiring artistry and skill in others has made her an ideal mentor at our Essential Looks and Essential Skills seminars, which she runs across the world.
